Building Rental Information

Our beautiful multi-purpose meeting building is available for rent by both members and non-members.

Cost:

• CCCA Members - $50 for 6 hours/additional hours at $10/hr.

• Non-Members - $100 for 6 hours/additional hours at $15/hr.

Full payment shall be made at the time of signing and is non-refundable. 

​

A mandatory security deposit of $125 will be paid at the time of signing by members and non-members to ensure against breakage or damage. If no breakage or damage occurs, and no cleaning fee is assessed, the security deposit will be refunded within 5 days after last day of rental.
